Platform Bill.me is one of the most efficient and secure tools for the rapid and convenient exchange of information between the customer and the company through a modern site. This site will offer opportunities and benefits such as receiving and reviewing invoices, one-click billing, automatic billing, operational communication with the technical service, and quick passing of counter readings, information about water breaks, and more.

It should be noted that all of the above services are free, but the two percent commission will apply if you pay your bills on the Bill.me platform. At the same time, the possibility of making payments for the received service in the previous order will be maintained through transfers from your own internet bank.

Currently used platform, which allowed meter readings to be passed and billing information to be managed, will no longer work, so please registrate on a new platform, Bill.me.

On December 3, customers of SIA”DOBELES ŪDENS” received an invitation email with a link that makes it possible to register and start using the online billing system Bill.me.

If you have not received an email, contact the customer service of Dobeles Ūdens.

Customers who have not registered their e-mail address in SIA“DOBELES ŪDENS” are invited to do by sending us the following information:

• Name, Last name;
• Property address;
• Email for future receipt of residential building management and (or) utility bills on the Bill.me platform.
